Since our last construction update shortly after starting work in January 2017, we are happy to report that Thirty | Six luxury condos have been receiving strong interest from around the world.

Construction is progressing on schedule and we’ve been busy with site tours from both interested and new owners. As the newest real estate development on Paradise Island in several years, it is exciting to see Thirty|Six take shape.
